STEP 1: Showroom Visit
A visit to our fireplace showroom is an important beginning step on your journey to a cozy home. Here you can feel the heat and see just how each fireplace, stove or insert would fit into your life. We offer a wide variety of hearth products, giving you an up close look at the three most important deciding factors – fit, finish and fire.
That’s where your work ends. Once you’ve collaborated with an expert to find your product, the hearth you’ll be gathering around with friends and family for seasons to come, you can sit back and relax.
STEP 4: Finalization
One of our experienced service technicians will leave you with all the knowledge you need for enjoying your hearth product. We will perform the startup on your unit, walk you through the correct operation and happily answer any questions or concerns you may have.
A fireplace isn’t an everyday purchase. In fact, it’s often a once in a lifetime purchase. As a homeowner, you have dedicated time and money into transforming your house into a home. A fireplace, stove or insert will only enhance the welcoming features, but we understand you’ll have questions and concerns. Don’t worry, you’re not expected to have all the answers – because we do. Our experts are here to listen and guide you every step of the way.
STEP 2: In-Home Estimate
To make sure every step of the way moving forward is seamless, we will schedule a time for an in-home estimate appointment at your home or installation site. Are you juggling soccer practice, work deadlines and dinner? That’s OK. We will visit when it’s convenient for you, and use that time to ensure all technical aspects and requirements for the project are covered. Beginning with this visit and every one moving forward, it is our promise that we will treat you and your home with respect and care.
STEP 3: The Work Begins
Now your dream is very close to becoming a reality. After coordinating a time, our professional installers will come install the unit. Depending on the scope of your project, some installations require several different visits to your home, which can include a building inspector, chimney sweep, electrician and stone mason. Don’t let this daunt you though. We coordinate all of these visits for you.
